Operations Supervisor

About the role
Quick Delivery is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to lead daily delivery activities and ensure high service quality. You will coordinate dispatch, monitor fleet performance, and optimise routes to support the company’s growth across Ethiopia.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily delivery and dispatch operations.
- Manage fleet performance and implement route optimisation.
- Monitor operational KPIs and maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.
- Lead and support delivery teams to achieve company objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, delivery services, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet operational targets.
