Partnership Development & School Outreach Officer

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic PLC is expanding its network of Virtual Cities across Ethiopia and needs a dynamic professional to lead its school partnership program. As the face of the company in the field, you will build and nurture relationships with private schools, turning conversations into signed agreements that bring digital learning platforms to thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage private school directors, administrators, and decision‑makers.
• Attend school graduations, closing events, and academic functions to represent the brand and initiate partnerships.
• Present BTT’s partnership offer and guide schools through the full agreement process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partner schools, ensuring satisfaction and expanded engagement.
• Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and partnership status in BTT’s internal system.
• Coordinate with the Creative Production team to prepare printed materials, brochures, and event kits for each visit.
• Report weekly to the Chief Marketing Officer on outreach progress, challenges, and pipeline movement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, school relations, or institutional outreach.
• Fluent in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable initiating conversations with senior school leadership.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple school relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Addis Ababa for field work.
