Product Manager Mentor

About the role

Intertechub is seeking a Product Manager Mentor to guide interns through product thinking, strategy, and execution as they build AI‑driven products. This remote, flexible volunteer role supports the development of Africa’s next generation of AI talent.

Key responsibilities

• Teach product management fundamentals and product thinking.
• Guide interns in market research, product planning, and roadmap creation.
• Help define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Mentor agile workflows, team collaboration, and execution processes.
• Review product ideas, provide structured feedback, and support scaling of AI‑driven products.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and strategy.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Passion for mentoring and helping others grow.
• Familiarity with AI, startups, or tech products is a plus.
