Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, execution‑focused Project Manager to support an early‑stage music technology startup. The role will drive operational systems, streamline workflows, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned with strategic goals in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise project‑management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion or Monday.com, creating a single source of truth for timelines and workflows.
• Plan, run and monitor daily/weekly sprint cycles, coordinating priorities across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ensure accountability by tracking tasks, removing bottlenecks and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, oversee Slack and Google Workspace channels, and prevent workflow disruptions.
• Attend meetings, capture action items and follow up to guarantee timely delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or startup coordination.
• Strong background in agile workflows and remote team coordination.
• Ability to create structure, documentation and scalable processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
