Project Manager

About the role

OLY Technologies is looking for an organized Project Manager to lead printing projects from quotation approval through delivery. The role involves coordinating with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Storekeeping and Accounting to ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all stages of digital and offset printing projects, reviewing specifications and assigning daily tasks.
• Manage production workflows and supervise outsourcing partners, conducting site visits and reporting progress.
• Control material usage, verify bill of materials with the storekeeper and coordinate purchase requests with accounting.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on pricing and delivery timelines, and provide weekly progress reports to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital and offset printing operations.
• Reliable, organized and committed to timely delivery.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of printing materials, pre‑press and finishing processes.
