Project Manager - WordPress

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in website development and deep expertise in custom WordPress projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and drive continuous improvement across our development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for WordPress website projects.
• Oversee designers, developers, testers, and content creators, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in website development.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
