Project Officer – Ethiopia

About the role

The Project Officer will support the Country Representative in delivering Catalyste+’s mission to strengthen economic and social well‑being in Ethiopia. The role involves programmatic and logistical support, partnership development and acting as a brand ambassador for Catalyste+.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in stakeholder consultations to shape program strategies aligned with donor priorities.
• Assist in partnership development, assignment design and donor reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment, arrival, placement and departure of Catalyste+ Advisors, providing logistical support.
• Support Advisors in executing work plans that meet program objectives and Catalyste+ guidelines.
• Collect content and help create communications and marketing materials.
• Represent Catalyste+ at meetings and events as needed.
• Collaborate with the Volunteer Services department to manage tools, travel, accommodation and vendor arrangements.
• Organise documentation, ensure compliance with security, code of conduct and other organisational policies.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities to manage program and logistical tasks.
• Experience in working with partners, stakeholders and volunteers.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with advisors, staff and external partners.
• Familiarity with programmatic support and reporting processes.
