Project Sales

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Project Sales professional to drive growth of CCTV and security solutions across system integrators, distributors and vertical accounts. You will be responsible for expanding the partner network, securing new business deals and ensuring Hikvision is listed as a preferred vendor on key projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with CCTV system integrators, distributors and vertical accounts such as government, banks, education and contractors.
• Increase sales revenue to meet or exceed defined targets.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities by contacting potential partners and system integrators.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate requirements and integrate contract terms into business operations.
• Work closely with consultants to secure Hikvision’s inclusion on preferred vendor lists for current and future projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, technologies and professional networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CCTV or IT industry, preferably within project‑driven markets.
• Proven track record of managing projects and coordinating with public sector clients such as government, energy or power organizations.
• Strong network of system integrators and established presence within end‑user communities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Persistent, proactive, and able to work independently to drive business results.
