Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our real‑estate sales team in Addis Ababa. The role involves generating leads, presenting residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties, and closing sales while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking and marketing campaigns.
• Promote and sell residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain strong relationships and negotiate sales terms.
• Record leads, follow‑ups and sales activities in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales, Marketing or Business a plus).
• 1–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, customer‑focused mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to work in the field.
• Real‑estate sales experience is an advantage.
