Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy individual to join TalentPop’s fully remote support team. As a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent you will help shoppers resolve issues and create positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via chat, email or phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with product information, order tracking, returns, and account questions.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to create, update and close support tickets quickly and accurately.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product changes and support best practices to ensure consistent service.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations and maintain attention to detail.
• Empathetic, patient and reliable when handling customer concerns.
