Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join TalentPop’s fully remote support team. As a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent you will help shoppers resolve issues quickly while building trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle questions about product details, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to create, update, and close support tickets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product changes and support best practices to ensure consistent service.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle several chats or calls at once.
• Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gorgias ticketing platform.
• Experience using Shopify for order management.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar help‑desk tools is a plus.
