Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join our fully remote team as a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat, email or phone while representing our brand with trust and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle questions about product information, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
