Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join TalentPop’s fully remote support team. As a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent you will help shoppers resolve issues through chat, email or phone, ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle questions about product details, order tracking, returns, refunds and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to create, update and close support tickets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product changes and support best practices to maintain consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations and maintain attention to detail.
• Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias ticketing platform.
• Familiarity with Shopify store management.
• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar help‑desk tools is a plus.
