Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a friendly, tech‑savvy individual to join its fully remote team as a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone with a courteous tone.
• Handle questions about product details, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver accurate solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates and support best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple conversations.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
