Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join our fully remote team as a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
• Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
