Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join its fully remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them navigate product information, order status, returns, and account issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone with a professional and courteous tone.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to create, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Provide accurate product information, order tracking, and return assistance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent experience.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle several chats or calls at once.
• Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (a plus).
