Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent to deliver friendly, professional assistance to our online shoppers. You will handle inquiries via chat, email or phone, helping customers with product information, order tracking, returns and account issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat, email and phone in a courteous manner.
• Manage tickets using Gorgias and Shopify, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.
• Provide information on products, order status, returns and account concerns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product updates and support best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and handle several conversations at once.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable and detail‑oriented.
