Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a friendly, tech‑savvy individual to join its fully remote customer support team. You will use Shopify and Gorgias to assist shoppers, ensuring every interaction builds trust and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle questions about product details, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets, provide quick and accurate resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least one year of online or remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage several conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk (optional).
