Remote Shopping Cart Rescue & Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a remote Shopping Cart Rescue & Sales Specialist to turn abandoned online carts into completed purchases. You will engage customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS, using persuasive conversation to guide them to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on abandoned carts, win‑backs, and subscription renewals to recover lost sales.
• Identify natural moments to suggest product bundles, cross‑sells, or upgrades.
• Answer product questions and remove friction across multiple communication channels.
• Update and correct order information using Shopify and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights on shopper behavior and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience.
• Experience in digital retail environments handling upselling, subscriptions, or cart recovery.
• Strong conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal‑oriented, comfortable working independently and meeting targets.
