About the role

We are seeking an English Voice Coach to deliver high‑quality, personalized coaching sessions to learners on the Micro1 e‑learning platform. The position is part‑time, fully remote, and offers flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one voice coaching sessions tailored to individual learner needs.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and clarity, identifying improvement areas.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to enhance spoken English.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine platform features based on user feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions and learner progress for performance tracking.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent.
• Proven experience in voice coaching, accent reduction, or language instruction.
• Strong active listening and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt coaching methods to diverse learner backgrounds and proficiency levels.
• Comfort with digital tools for scheduling and virtual sessions.
