About the role
The Runner/Messenger supports the coffee supply chain by handling sample collection, document delivery and payment processing. You will work on‑site in Addis Ababa, coordinating closely with exporters and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect pre‑shipment and shipment coffee samples from exporters and follow proper loading procedures.
- Prepare and share stuffing and loading reports with the Addis team.
- Deliver messages, letters and packages around Addis Ababa and make payments to business providers.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a BA in Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
- Holder of a motor‑bicycle licence.
- Excellent communication skills, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong organizational abilities.
