About the role
The SHEQ Technician will develop and monitor the implementation of requirements associated with the integrated management system, focusing on safety. The role ensures compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual obligations and supports training for workers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor SHEQ management system implementation.
- Guarantee compliance with legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate training, information and awareness‑raising for employees and subcontractors.
- Control documentation and ensure accurate SHEQ reporting at contractual, project and market levels.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of safety management experience in mining projects.
- Occupational hygiene and safety technician trainer certificate (preferred).
- Fluent English, strong communication and analytical skills.
- International driving licence and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
