Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Brand Concierge)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Success Specialist to act as a Brand Concierge for its e‑commerce clients. Working 100% remotely, you will blend premium customer service with proactive sales actions to drive revenue and build lasting loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Recover abandoned carts, reactivate subscriptions, and run win‑back campaigns to boost customer lifetime value.
• Engage customers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing personalized product guidance.
• Maintain a high‑end, consultative brand experience throughout the customer journey.
• Log interactions and sales data accurately, contributing to continuous process improvement.
• Handle post‑purchase issues such as tracking, returns, and exchanges to encourage repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote e‑commerce sales or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a proven ability to convert conversations into sales.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC or laptop, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer engagement tools.
