Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Brand Concierge) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Success Specialist who will act as a Brand Concierge for our e‑commerce clients. In this fully remote position you will blend high‑quality customer service with direct revenue generation, ensuring every interaction feels premium while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute high‑value sales actions such as upselling, cross‑selling, and product bundling to increase average order value.
• Implement abandoned‑cart, subscription recovery, and win‑back campaigns to recapture lost sales and boost customer lifetime value.
• Provide personalized product guidance via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, representing the brand’s voice.
• Deliver a consultative, high‑end experience that aligns with brand identity throughout the customer journey.
• Log interactions and sales data accurately, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate on CX and workflow improvements.
• Handle post‑purchase issues—including tracking, returns, and exchanges—to encourage repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote e‑commerce sales and customer support experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of converting conversations into sales.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable home office setup: dedicated PC/laptop, 25 Mbps internet, quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Proficiency in CRM or customer‑engagement tools.
