About the role

HibLink Tech is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role helps grow the company's client network across the U.S., working from 3:00 pm (9:00 LT) until 2:00 am (8:00 LT) to cover U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients
  • Build strong business relationships
  • Manage outbound outreach
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers

Required profile

  • Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation techniques
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven and results-oriented
  • Flexibility for rotational evening and weekend shifts to support U.S. time zones

Required skills

  • Inside sales and lead generation
  • CRM tools understanding is a plus

The position is full-time and on-site, with competitive pay based on experience; applications close on 31 October 2026.
