About the role
Assist, a global BPO firm, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to expand its outbound sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified meetings and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients across target markets.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in SDR, sales, lead generation, or a customer‑facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience working in a BPO environment or with international clients is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and self‑motivated.
