Sales Executive – Technology Solutions

About the role

Haddis Art Technology PLC is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote its innovative digital solutions across Ethiopia. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital solutions market.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Track sales pipeline and produce accurate reports.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and Amharic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
