Sales Expert

About the role

The Sales Expert will work full‑time on‑site in Adigrat, driving store sales and delivering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inventory checks.
• Track personal and store sales targets, prepare basic sales reports.
• Support promotional activities and provide feedback on customer preferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall store performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales and retail experience with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset focused on building trust and resolving issues.
• Effective verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic numeracy and computer proficiency for transaction handling and simple reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or business training is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Adigrat, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
