About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead group‑wide strategies that accelerate growth, expand market opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue across a diversified Ethiopian business group.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate sales and marketing performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management with a proven track record of business growth.
- Experience in import and export operations is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Data analysis capabilities.
