Sales Representative – Biomedical Devices (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Sales Representative who combines a biomedical engineering background with proven sales experience. You will promote CONTEC’s extensive medical‑device portfolio to healthcare organisations, distributors and other partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, responding to technical and commercial inquiries.
• Provide field feedback to marketing, product management and technical teams to support product launches.
• Track sales performance, keep CRM records up to date and report on pipeline, forecasts and market trends.

Required profile

• Degree in biomedical engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, including lead generation, presentations, negotiation and closing deals.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience in international or multicultural markets and familiarity with medical‑device regulatory considerations is a plus.
