About the role

Global Bank Ethiopia is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Digital Banking section. This permanent role, based at the Head Office in the National Tower Building, will drive innovative digital services, ensure high‑quality customer experiences, and support the bank’s mission of accessibility and success for its community.

Required profile

Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior position.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management or a related field.
