Senior & Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Central Hills Real Estate Development PLC is seeking dynamic Senior and Junior Real Estate Sales Consultants to join its team in Addis Ababa. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the complete sales process for luxury residential projects, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new client leads and maintain a robust client network.
• Conduct property viewings, present listings and provide accurate market, price and amenity information.
• Guide clients through negotiations, contract preparation and closing procedures.
• Prepare sales proposals, documentation and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Update client and property records in the company’s CRM system.
• Senior consultants will mentor junior staff, support training initiatives and contribute to sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (or strong potential for junior candidates).
• Solid knowledge of or keen interest in the Ethiopian real‑estate market and property types.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to participate in or deliver sales‑technique and product‑knowledge training.
• High integrity, reliability and a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM tools (experience or willingness to learn).
