About the role
Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is recruiting senior professionals for four key positions at its Head Office in Addis Ababa. The roles cover Core Banking, Management Information Systems, Ethics & Anti‑Corruption, and Interest‑Free Service divisions, each requiring a strong academic background and relevant experience.
Required profile
- Core Banking Division Head – BA in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or IT with at least 6 years of experience.
- Senior MIS Officer – BA in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or IT with 7 years (or 5 years) of experience.
- Ethics and Anti‑Corruption Officer – BA, LLB or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics or Law with 2 years (or 4 years) of experience.
- Interest‑Free Service Division Head – BA in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, Management, Economics or related fields with at least 6 years of experience.
