Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives on building recruitment processes from the ground up. This role goes beyond coordination, requiring you to design efficient hiring systems, own full‑cycle recruitment, and consistently deliver top talent across professional and blue‑collar roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and selection for diverse positions.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high‑volume blue‑collar and specialized professional roles.
• Design and implement structured, competency‑based interview processes with scorecards and evaluation tools.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, align priorities, and set realistic hiring timelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through talent outreach, social media strategies, and creative campaigns.
• Track and report recruitment metrics via dashboards and weekly updates to leadership.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Train and coach hiring managers on best‑in‑class interviewing techniques, bias awareness, and selection practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to build or scale recruitment systems, processes, and pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a bias for disciplined, fast execution under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional judgment, and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Experience with modern recruitment tools.
