About the role
The BPC will act as an expert in ServiceNow SPM Enterprise Architecture, focusing on the EA Technology Reference Model (TRM). The role involves running workshops, demonstrating solutions, documenting user stories, and providing advisory support as the customer transitions to a new TRM standard.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshop sessions on EA and TRM.
- Demo ServiceNow SPM solutions to stakeholders.
- Document user stories and process requirements.
- Provide advisory support during the TRM transition.
Required profile
- US citizen located on US soil.
- Willing and able to obtain Public Trust Tier 4 adjudication if not already held.
Required skills
- ServiceNow SPM expertise.
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge.
- Experience with Technology Reference Model (TRM).
