About the role
We are seeking an expert in ServiceNow SPM Enterprise Architecture (EA) with a focus on the EA Technology Reference Model (TRM) to lead workshops, demonstrate solutions, document user stories, and provide advisory support.
Key responsibilities
- Run workshop sessions on EA and TRM.
- Demo ServiceNow SPM solutions to stakeholders.
- Document user stories and requirements.
- Provide advisory support during the transition from a customized TRM process to the new standard.
Required profile
- US citizen located on US soil.
- Willing and able to obtain Public Trust Tier 4 clearance.
- Ability to complete VA onboarding, including background investigation, forms, training, and fingerprinting.
Required skills
