Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter to lead content development for its educational platforms, e‑Tutor City and Exam Prep City. The role combines storytelling, copywriting and audience insight to produce engaging short‑form videos, graphics and written copy that drive brand awareness and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram and other relevant channels.
• Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Research audience interests, market trends and competitor activity to identify viral opportunities.
• Write video scripts, captions, hooks, calls‑to‑action and promotional copy for ads, landing pages and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, videography, graphic design and brand hosts to produce educational and conversion‑focused assets.
• Schedule, publish and monitor posts; engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and produce reports with data‑driven recommendations.
• Support influencer collaborations and user‑generated content initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Amharic.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best‑practice guidelines.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling, conversion‑focused content.
