Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter to lead content development for its educational platforms, e‑Tutor City and Exam Prep City. The role blends storytelling, audience psychology, and persuasive copywriting to produce engaging short‑form videos, graphics, and written assets that educate, entertain, and convert.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram and other platforms.
• Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Research audience interests, market trends, competitor activity and emerging viral formats.
• Generate ideas, write video scripts, captions, hooks, calls‑to‑action and promotional copy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all assets.
• Schedule, publish and monitor posts; engage with followers and respond to comments.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and produce insight reports for the CMO.
• Support influencer collaborations and user‑generated content initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities in English and Amharic.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best‑practice guidelines.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Telegram.
