Social Media Manager

About the role

Yona Furniture, a growing wooden furniture workshop in Addis Ababa, seeks a creative Social Media Manager to build its online presence across multiple platforms. The role is full‑time and combines on‑site work in the workshop with remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post photo and video content 3–5 times per week.
• Film behind‑the‑scenes workshop and product videos.
• Write captions in Amharic and English.
• Respond to comments and customer messages.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Strong phone photography and videography abilities.
• Excellent written communication in both Amharic and English.
• Active knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram and LinkedIn.
• Creative, self‑motivated, organized; fresh graduates welcome.
