UI/UX Designer – Beauty Brand Website Redesign

About the role

As a UI/UX Designer at Kuudra, you will work with an agency supporting one of the largest beauty brands in the United States. The brand has launched a new product line with a major influencer and requires a complete website redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of the brand’s website for web and mobile platforms.
• Create detailed visual mockups and user flows, defining information architecture and interaction design.
• Develop prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated development team to ensure designs are feasible and implementation‑ready.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback.
• Work effectively within remote, cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience in the beauty CPG sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Required skills

• Visual design and detailed mockup creation.
• User experience design, including user flows and interaction design.
• Prototyping and validation of design concepts.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Jira.
