About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support both our clients and internal operations using the GoHighLevel platform. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Addis Ababa, with working hours from 3 pm to 2 am (local time). The role combines administrative, scheduling, and customer‑engagement tasks, providing reliable assistance to help U.S. entrepreneurs focus on growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage and update the GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring records are accurate and well‑organized.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings for clients and internal teams.
Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to nurture prospects.
Provide general administrative and customer support as needed, including handling routine inquiries.

Required profile

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) in a professional setting.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Coachable, collaborative, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
