Visual Storyteller

About the role

Pangolin Marketing is looking for a Visual Storyteller to elevate B2B SaaS brands on a global stage. You will turn brief concepts like “make us look serious and smart” into compelling decks, campaigns, and eBooks that resonate with CFOs and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Design B2B marketing collateral across sales decks, eBooks, infographics, event branding, digital ads, social campaigns, landing‑page visuals, and case studies.
• Translate complex technical ideas into clear, brand‑coherent visuals.
• Integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, etc.) into the creative workflow to ideate faster while maintaining craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with strategists and content writers to ensure visuals reinforce the narrative.
• Present work with rationale, explaining what was created, why, and the intended audience impact.
• Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising hierarchy, contrast, alignment, and colour fundamentals.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of design experience at an agency, startup, or as a serious freelancer.
• Portfolio showing original work across at least three formats (branding, digital, print or presentation).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Banana, Gemini, Banani, Claude, or equivalents.
• Proven ability to produce high‑volume work with precision and to iterate based on feedback.
• Motion‑graphics experience is a strong advantage.
