Warehouse Lead – Logistics & Quality Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to drive safety, quality and logistics performance across our inbound and outbound operations. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and external regulations while supporting packaging and brewing process areas where applicable.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor VPO and DPO Excellence programmes.
• Own territorial safety within logistics, conduct safety observations and manage driver behaviour improvement.
• Ensure quality standards, batch traceability, BB‑date verification and adherence to freshness/rotation policies.
• Perform daily stock counts using handheld devices, reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
• Verify inbound loads for quantity, quality and age standards; record returns and process GRNs in SAP.
• Monitor delivery schedules, inbound repack plans and escalate issues to suppliers and control rooms.
• Generate KPI reports, conduct problem‑solving using 5 Why, PDCA and other root‑cause methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage KPIs, reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
