Application Management Officer I

About the role

The Application Management Officer I will support ZamZam Bank’s core banking platform, ensuring smooth operation, customization, and reporting for a range of Shari’ah‑compliant banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and parameterize Flexcube modules such as IBD, financing, PDM, retail teller, and origination.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports for business units.
• Manage database performance and execute SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Support and maintain the Linux server environment hosting the core banking system.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment with Islamic banking standards.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with core banking systems, preferably Flexcube.
• Strong knowledge of banking and finance fundamentals, Islamic banking product lifecycle, accounting, and back‑office operations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Flexcube core banking system (IBD, OBPM, LC, BC, financing, PDM, retail teller, origination, parameterization, customization).
• SQL query writing and database management (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
• Linux operating system administration.
• BI report development tools.
