Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB (Dessie)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB will lead business development activities for the branch in Dessie, focusing on interest‑free banking products. The role is responsible for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit, financing and investment growth targets while promoting the bank’s full suite of services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control business development initiatives within the branch team.
• Drive acquisition and retention of customers for IFB deposit, financing and investment products.
• Promote cross‑selling of other bank products and services to enhance customer value.
• Ensure compliance with Shari’ah principles, credit, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects and partnerships that support branch growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Diploma or certificate in Islamic Banking or Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum six years of relevant banking experience, preferably in interest‑free banking.
