Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB (Wolaita District)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB will lead business development activities for the branch in the Wolaita District. You will be responsible for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit, interest‑free financing and investment growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control business development initiatives within the branch team.
• Drive acquisition and retention of IFB customers, meeting deposit and financing growth goals.
• Promote and cross‑sell the bank’s full range of products and services to existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with Shari’ah principles, credit, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project‑based initiatives and manage stakeholder partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Islamic/Interest‑Free Banking.
• Strong understanding of IFB products, Shari’ah compliance and associated risks.
• Proven networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
