About the role
The Branch Sales Manager leads all sales activities at the branch office, ensuring revenue targets are met and business growth is sustained. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role bridges strategic objectives with day‑to‑day execution, driving both team performance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement branch‑level sales plans aligned with company strategy.
- Set, communicate and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage pipeline, lead conversion and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Lead, coach and supervise Sales Team Leaders, Representatives and agents, defining KPIs and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and build a high‑performance culture.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of sales data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholders.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and support complex, high‑value deal closures.
- Track branch performance using defined metrics, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Director.
- Analyze sales data, provide actionable insights and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor local market trends, property pricing and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
- Strong ability to set targets, monitor performance and drive results.
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Effective communication and team‑building abilities.
