Customer Experience & Sales Specialist (E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional online support and drive revenue for our e‑commerce brand. You will interact with shoppers through chat, email, SMS and phone, helping them find products, complete purchases and enjoy a seamless experience that reflects our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, SMS or phone with product, order and return inquiries.
• Identify and act on upselling, cross‑selling, bundling and subscription recovery opportunities.
• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery, win‑back campaigns and proactive outreach to convert leads.
• Handle order tracking, exchanges, cancellations and resolve issues while aiming to recover sales.
• Represent the brand voice with warmth, professionalism and trust.
• Document interactions, analyse feedback and share insights to improve sales and support strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to persuade and convert leads while delivering high‑quality service.
• Experience with phone, email or chat support; e‑commerce sales background is a strong plus.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk or similar CRM/customer‑engagement platforms.
