About the role

Goh Betoch Bank S.C, founded by eleven visionary bankers, investors and academicians, is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank. The bank was created to address the country’s large housing backlog, rising construction costs, persistent inflation and the lack of effective housing finance schemes. To support its growing network, the bank is hiring a Customer Service Officer III for its Dire Dawa branch. The successful candidate will join the front‑line team that assists customers with everyday banking needs and contributes to the bank’s mission of expanding affordable home financing across Ethiopia. Applications must be submitted in person at the Head Office in Addis Ababa by 12 September 2026.

Key responsibilities

    Required profile

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any related business field.
    • At least three years of relevant experience in banking operations.
