About the role
We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our Creative Team in Addis Ababa. You will be responsible for producing a steady stream of short‑form video content for client brands across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and propose three alternative concepts.
- Script, film, and handle basic lighting and audio for short‑form videos.
- Edit videos from start to finish and deliver final cuts.
- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to capture each brand’s voice.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and contribute ideas in planning meetings.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of professional content production experience, preferably for brands or agencies.
- Portfolio that showcases client‑oriented short‑form video work.
- Ability to explain performance metrics of past content.
- Proactive mindset – you improve briefs rather than follow them verbatim.
